GoboMan's Shipping Policies:
The flat rate shipping option applies to only stock steel gobos and steel custom gobos only!
The flate rate shipping price applies only to the 48 continental states.
All items are shipped F. O. B. Temecula, which means GoboMan is not responsible for your shipment once it is in UPS's hands!
GoboMan will not ship on customers account number.
RUSH ORDERS are non refundable for any reason.
GoboMan will not refund RUSH charges in the result of a shipping error, or delivery delay caused by shipper.
Customers assumes all reponsibilty and risk for rush orders!
Custom and stock gobo sizes not to exceed 4"in diameter without additional cost to be quoted seperately.
GoboMan ships stock orders within 48 hours Monday through Friday.
GoboMan gladly accepts the following methods of Credit Card Payment:Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
GoboMan does not accept personal or company checks.
Verification # must be provided with ALL credit card orders.
In the case of shipping damage or loss, all claims should be made by the recipient with the carrier within three days.
No item may be returned to GoboMan without pre-approval from GoboMan. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
All pricing is shown in US Dollars USA.
Shipping charges are paid by the buyer. Any duties and fees associated with the shipment not billed at the time of shipping will be billed to the customer's creidt card on file.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, customs charges or any other fees that may not be know at the time of shipment.
Goboman's responsibility ends upon delivery of product to the carrier. In case of damage to your shipment, contact your carrier immediately in writing outlining loss and or damage.
GoboMan is not responsible for shipping delays or losses.
GoboMan's warranty is 30 days from purchase, except on expendables.
No returns on electrical equipment, same item exchanges only.
GoboMan cannot be responsible for delays or prevention of shipping due to insufficient customer information, acts of God or the Supreme Being, riots, government strikes, fire, mudslides, earthquakes, hurricaines or shipping carrier delays of any kind. Returns are not allowed without written authorization from GoboMan return are subject to a 25% restocking fee, not including shipping and handling cost. Discrepancies, shortages and or problems with orders must be reported to GoboMan within 5 days from receipt of order. Custom Gobos are non-refundable and non-returnable. No exceptions. Customers are responsible for supplying correct sizing information, text spelling and artwork.
Proofs are not provided except in the event of artwork modification.
Custom gobos orders are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the order. |
